Terms of Sale

1. Seller

These terms govern the sale of the online courses offered on academy.masterresonance.com by EBE Productions (Alexandre Lessertisseur), business ID (SIREN) 829 602 630, EU VAT FR41829602630, registered office at 15 rue du Cambodge, 75020 Paris. Contact: contact@masterresonance.com.

2. Products

The products sold are digital courses (videos, texts, documents) accessed online through a personal account. They are digital content not supplied on a physical medium.

Course descriptions and content are presented on the product pages. The seller may improve the educational content without reducing the value of the course purchased.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros, taxes included. The VAT applied is that of the buyer's country of residence for digital services (EU One-Stop-Shop scheme); it is calculated and invoiced automatically.

A compliant invoice is issued automatically for each purchase and sent by email.

4. Order and payment

Payment is made online via a secure payment provider (Stripe, PayPal) at the time of order. The order is confirmed once payment is approved.

Access to the course is opened automatically, immediately after payment confirmation, on the account linked to the email address used at purchase.

5. Delivery / access

The course is available online as soon as payment is confirmed, by signing in at academy.masterresonance.com with the purchase email (secure passwordless link). Access is personal and granted without time limit, except discontinuation of the service announced with reasonable notice.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent and express waiver, in accordance with applicable EU/French consumer law.

By accessing the course immediately after purchase, the buyer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal. The commercial guarantee below still applies.

7. 14-day money-back commercial guarantee

Independently of the right of withdrawal, the seller offers a commercial guarantee: full refund on request within 14 days of purchase, provided the buyer has viewed less than 20% of the course content.

To request it, contact contact@masterresonance.com stating the purchase email. The refund is made to the original payment method; access to the course is then revoked.

8. Intellectual property

All content (videos, texts, documents, materials) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of the seller. Purchase grants a strictly personal, non-transferable right of access and use. Any reproduction, sharing, resale or public distribution is prohibited.

9. Liability

The courses are educational. The seller does not guarantee specific results, which depend on the buyer's involvement. The seller cannot be held liable for temporary service unavailability beyond its control.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
