2. Data collected

Email address (account creation and course access); course progress data; billing and payment data (processed by our providers, see below — card data is never stored by us); technical connection data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Providing access to purchased courses and progress tracking (performance of contract); invoicing and accounting/tax obligations (legal obligation); support and service-related communications (legitimate interest / contract); marketing communications only with consent.

4. Processors and recipients

Data is processed by providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (website and database hosting), Resend (transactional emails), Quaderno (invoicing and VAT compliance), Stripe and PayPal (payment), Bunny.net (video hosting and delivery). Each provider applies its own data protection safeguards.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. Accounting documents (invoices) are kept as required by law (10 years). Other data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact contact@masterresonance.com.

You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) or your local authority.

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies necessary for its operation (notably the sign-in session) as well as analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), to measure ad performance and deliver relevant content.
